Heeeeey. Now this ain't too bad here. Will tell you this- it's colorful. That much is for sure. That's one of the things I do happen to like about your artwork. You don't just half ass it and draw the character only. You happen to add color to the background too so isn't not just boring white space. Even if it has to be abstract you add something.
In this case it's his name as.. well, it's a freaking badge. Chances are it HAS to be.
Though.. I can still call it likable.
