This is what I call a "Dummy scene". That is, a scene written specifically for Critique, and to help develop good writing habits.

This one's not very long; only a couple paragraphs. It's a scene introducing one of the main characters.

I would like a critique on both the writing style and the grammar (spelling, punctuation, wording, etc). Let me know if you want or need more. I will try to get it uploaded later, today.
