interesting, i do wonder how many of the capabilities of a gengar she's retained in this form, and how if any those capabilities would affect anyone riding along inside her.
given that a gengar can fly, go intangible and invisible along with being able to travel into the spirit world.
so i wouldn't be too surprised if she can drive safely across things that would usually be to flimsy to hold the weight, but what has me the most curious, is what happens if she goes invisible and intangible with a passenger along inside her, or if she decides on a quick jaunt to the spirit world.

probably nothing retained from being a gengar since she's a car now, i like the idea that she's at the mercy of the driver/race team

fair enough, though if she does retain anything from being a gengar, i doubt it would hinder the driver/passengers already inside her when they activate, possibly having buttons to manually toggle things like invisibility, selective intangibility, enviornmental seal to keep air in and possibly water out, and lastly having light enough weight that she's able to drive and park on water if the need arises.
