He wanted me to draw Vercetti Blossom hijacking a van in the middle of a high speed chase (I think, he probably also wanted a motorcycle in there, but let's just say it's off-screen because Blossom leaped off it)

I originally was going to draw people in the van, but they never came out right, plus I'm lazy, so I just made the windshield tinted. XD
