The Internet. They spent a lot of time and resources to collect as much information as humanly possible from the outside before systems started failing after the apocalypse.

yeah but we have found that not everything is 100% accurate. on the Internet people can get accused of crimes by corrupt officals. who spoon feed the Media lies, then others dont check this happens all the time. One might be an activist and the other might just be accident prone with a Bad memmory.. but they also could just have been trying to stay alive...

SO good Reminds me of Utopia City... I guess there political system works well considering the Range of backgrounds there citizens have. If ties two are any indicator..I guess the only people that you will come across After a Biological Holocaust are Survivors that do anything necessary to survive... and Everyone is "Encouraged" to behave themselves...
