A great dish to make when you have leftover pork from the night before
Here’s how I did it:
1-put 1cup rice and 1+1/2 cup water in steam cooker and microwave for 15 minutes (stirring every 5 minutes)
2-cook 1/2 diced onion, 1 diced jalapeño, 2 diced garlic cloves and cook in pan with sesame oil for 5 minutes on medium-high heat
3-microwave 1/2 pack frozen vegetable mix for 7-8 minutes and add to cooked onions
4-add diced pork and rice+choice of sauce & cook until medium brown
5-serve and enjoy!
