Flip onto your back as you climb, haul back on the stick and do a half loop, then roll back to level behind your prey. one well placed burst of gunfire and a kick of the rudder to sweep it across the two enemy aircraft. Minimal waste of valuable rounds and the targets are destroyed or crippled. Thats what can be achieved if you know how your plane handles and what its strengths and weaknesses are.
