always wanted to do this, and now with the webcomic i am in the need of picking the colors each time i start, so i think this will help. also i like (or started liking more properly) to commission fel to ppl, and character charts make the work for us artists a walk in the park.

uuugh tough question, i might say that maaaybe her hips/ass, or maybe her face, specially in tricky angles, faces are a hard time, specially with that extra nose xD and i try to be carefull every expresion she makes that she still looks like -her-.

discounting the time i waste in the internet, going to the bathroom, etc, like 2 - 3 hours, but it depends in lots of things, like number of characters, background, complexity of colors, etc
