The story about Silvia was one that really hit me with the compassion and the link between man and machine. I loved the story. And while I’ve never seen a actual hawker hunter. Figured I could google one. Anyways this isn’t Silvia. But a new OC “links”. Her and her partner mark had a rather eventful time in the desert. She unfortunately was on a patrol sortie when a bird decided to play chicken with her. Forcing the two to emergency land in the middle of nowhere. Upon landing she unfortunately hit a pothole in the road obviously not meant for a jet and her nose gear buckled. Yeah she’s sad because she thinks it’s her fault. Luckily mark loves her and keeps reminding her it was nothing to do with her and she did a amazing job. As a dire she is about to fix and heal herself. But just like us humans. The affected area needs to be cleaned and fixed up. And unfortunately her tendrills aren’t strong enough to to hold her nose section up for that amount of time. Yet mark is keeping her company as they wait for Allied forces to help them out
