Gabriel is hat you call a charismatic and wlel spoken Floatzel able to rise the spirits of those he encourages and to push their limits into trying new positive stuff. Howevevr he has some issues with his little brother Ranky, trying to find soemthing both like and agree with. Even so the buizel-floatzel brothers totally care for each other and will try their best to support each other.

Gabriel itself has a rivalry with some pokemons as well forwho has better battle teachings :D
