A Kumutho is a large breed of arachnid that lives deep underground. They usually grow to the size of a large bus and will eat just about anything smaller then it, including humans. Kumutho's usually live all their lives underground, rarely going out outside, they use the claws-like spikes on their backs to dig out burrows. They usually have up to 1 to 3 hatchlings at a time, the hatchlings usually ride on their mom's back and stay with her for around 6 months 'till they're old enough to survive on their own, once they do they leave their parents and siblings for good. Another interesting thing is that the Kumutho mate for life, they don't change mates.
