Oh shoot, I forgot to post this on Friday! My bad.... x-x
Anyway, what a strange Pokemon; I realized the mouth is on top of the head. Given how Arctovish s pretty much a mash of two different species I wanted to try clashing it with two different styles! To be honest I wasn't quite sure what I did here— but I made it! Hope you enjoy~
