Carlos Armand Rose despite it size and appearance is actually the *oldest* of the Armand family. He is actually the most mature and most serious out of the dragon family. He decided to aim for an architect career designing buildings, buildings strong enough resist most of catastrophic natural events like eartquake and tornado. He is also good on making leases and contracts regarding the stability of the builidings and their endurance.

Just make sure you read the fine print. The lease and contracts does not pay or are valid for dragon damage :)
