Species: Modified Human
Occupation: Self-proclaimed "Balloon Artist", actually sort of a mad scientist.
Background: Luna was born between two supervillains. Her father could bring inanimate objects to live while her mother was a scientist specializing in modifying human form. Luna's relation with her parents, however, is bit of a mixed one. They love their daughter and she loves them back, but they didn't get to spend that much time with her, meaning that Luna only got to pick up handful of things from them. For better or worse, the thing what she did pick u is turn her into an eccentric scientist with an odd fascination with all kinds of inflatable things. However, she is not purely interested on creating them herself. Instead, her true passion is to turn people into rubbery objects she can play with to her heart's content. She may not have any grand ambition to follow and she doesn't really want to seriously hurt anyone, but she will get her way, no matter what others might say. Which might not be much after she has turned them into inflatable toys.
Powers: One of her main inventions is give herself the ability to transform into a balloon woman. In this form, she has the ability to float in the air. And even though her body might be like that of a balloon, she is rather durable so she won't be popping anytime soon. She can't necessarily move her body too much in this state, which is why she has a propulsion device on her back to make it easier for her to fly around. As a side effect of her self-imposed mutation, she is stuck with a body of a small girl and thus can't grow physically older. Besides that, she mainly relies on her gadgets to carry out her plans. Few of her standard equipment are special "balloon bombs" she carries on her belt, and a rifle mainly used to fire darts used to turn people into whatever she fancies.

You might know that I really like inflatable object TF stuff. So I wanted to design an OC around that. The reference image was done by
