As a space nerd I just have to say it. The space shuttle is decomissioned long time ago. It's to heavy. Also Pepsi. Isdead. xD
But your love for detail and story is lovely. Also the technique. There's a monkey on the wing!! xD
Is it an alternate universe? Then it would probably make sense. I'd love to see a comic based on your story. You have the talent to do it.

We still have no suitable space ship (Elon Musk, come on! I believe in you), so I wanted to add something extremely familiar and odd to make the pic more funny ^^
My source of inspiration is Andy Weir and his hard Sci-Fi, but I'm too stupid to make serious projects. So, I just draw some illustrative sketches about the nearest (relatively nearest) future~
