Can he move? Yes he scurry quick like a centipede, he can stick to walls or teleport.

What is his purpose? He is everywhere, he just chill , not an enemy, might be an ally. Who knows he could soak up bullets for you.
Why does he have a bottle in his mouth, what happen if i remove it? He likes to suck on it, break his bottle and he will scurry away, next time you see him, another bottle will be in his mouth. Legend says the bottle could contain valuable material, or maybe its just some jerk who wants to break his bottles.
No but seriously why is he a thing? From now on, heck my last art he was hidden in it https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41275805/ he will be a easter egg in the art, hidden. Maybe different size so he doesn't become weirdly placed in a zoomed in art. its just something goofy . He won't appear in non canon art like lewd arts though.
