Now completely on his own, Lego resumed walking around the Carnival area, as he continued to explore the other side that both he and Lauxenio never went towards. For Lego, there was nothing much for him to see or do, since the areas that were left to look at were more game areas, food stands, and rides.


Lego: I think I have seen all that there is to see around this place. I guess I better get back to that kissing booth Laux would more than likely be. But good to see he was able to find someone.


Lego could only smile to himself as he began to make his way back, happy that his friend and teammate had found love. But even as he walked, he could only think about everything that has happened to him and everyone he has found so far in the World he is in.


‘Looking over everything I have gathered from Jaymee, Rich, and the others I have been able to find so far, it seems like not everyone came and found themselves in this World all at the same time. Jaymee found herself in this World at around April, and that she was all alone. Then there’s Woods, who told me she found herself alongside AJ, Jinx, and Yoko. But they came to this World in March. So, does this mean that not everyone from the party is here yet? And if so, then there’s no doubt that Foul Playa fellow Jinx informed me about is behind everyone coming and finding themselves in this World. All thanks to the Book of Prophecies he has in his possession. But the questions still remain. How did someone like him get their hands on that book? And how did they learn how to use it? Or better yet, who taught them to use the book? The one who had it last before we all went to War was Oliver. But it doesn’t make sense at all. Oliver would never have given the book to someone like that. Let alone not give it up without a fight. I need to find more of our teammates, and see if they know anything about what may be going on. Because if we don’t make a move soon without all of the details of what Foul Playa is after and why he’s doing all of this, we may be too late.’


Deep in thought, Lego walked absentmindedly towards the kissing booth, as he was walking towards the Boxing ring. However, he snapped out of his thinking as he heard a loud yell come from inside the Boxing Ring.


????: Yeah! Look who’s the champ!


Lego looked to his left, and the moment he did, his eyes widened. In the Ring, he saw a large anthropomorphic Bull wearing a red and black striped leotard, on the ground, looking defeated. But standing in front of them, was a young woman who was wearing a sleeveless white vest with a long black armband on each wrist. Going with their sleeveless vest, they wore a pair of black legging pants with a pair of light blue short shorts worn over them, along with a pair of white sneakers. The young woman looked over at the crowd with a big grin on her face, as she brought her right arm over her head as she was making a victory sign. Soon after, a bright flash from a camera could be seen, as a cameraman took a picture for her.


Katherine: Thanks for letting this one be on the House, Rufus. I really appreciate it.


Katherine looked up at Mr. Bull, who had just gotten up from laying on the wrestling Ring floor.


Mr. Bull: Think Nothing of it, darlin'. It's the least I could give you after fixin' up ma truck. Hasn't given me no problems since.


Katherine: Only goes to show that it's better to have it done well the first time.


Mr. Bull looked down at Katherine as a grin was plastered on his face. Despite his hand being much bigger than Katherine's, Mr. Bull brought out his right hand into a fist in front of Katherine, and she brought her fist forward as well into a fist bump. Waving bye to Mr. Bull, Katherine maneuvered herself between the ropes of the ring, and got herself down to the ground, as the man who took her picture waiting for her.


Cameraman: Here you go, miss.


Katherine: Thanks a lot for this.


Katherine received her photo and was ready to head out. But before she could, a familiar voice called out her name.


Lego: Katherine? Katherine is that you?


The moment she heard her name being called out, she immediately looked towards the direction she heard the voice. And when she did, she couldn't believe who she was looking at. In front of Katherine stood a man with silver hair who wore a red suit that was heavily decorated with clocks. He was one of the four leaders in the party Katherine was in, and one of the people who taught her how to use and wield a Keyblade.


Katherine: Lego.....


Katherine could only look on as Lego began to approach her, at the same time her eyes began to well up with tears.


Lego: So it is you, Katherine. I'm glad to see you made it out too.


Katherine: Lego!


Before she knew what she was even doing, Katherine dashed towards Lego, jumping towards him as she spread her arms and embraced him, with the tears on her eyes freely flowing down her face.


Katherine: I'm just so happy. Happy that you made it out too.


Lego: Same with you, Katherine. Glad to see another member in our team has made it back.


After beginning to calm down, Katherine released her embrace from Lego, and wiped away her tears.


Katherine: You can say that again. Shred will be relieved to know you made it too.


Hearing Katherine speak out Shred's name made Lego open his eyes in surprise.


Lego: Wait. Shred's here too?!


Katherine: He is. I met him at a bar a few months ago. He works there. And he even told me that he had encountered Talon, Keeley, Namida, Nessa, and David too.


Lego: They’re all here too?! This is fantastic news!


Katherine: It really is. I never saw Talon, Keeley, and Namida when I showed up to the bar the first time I went there. But when I wanted to see Shred again the following day, I saw all three of them working in the Bar serving the customers. I was able to meet with them after their shifts were over and we caught up on what we have been doing ever since we found ourselves here. They told me that they met Nessa and David when Shred brought them to the bar. They saw her wearing a Champion belt on her waist, so those two have been really busy doing their own thing. But they all live together in a large Penthouse somewhere downtown. I never got a chance to see their place, but I heard it’s really fancy.


Lego: Wow. So they’re really living the High-life now.


Katherine: You can say that again. But that's not the craziest part. I learned that this World, the one we were apparently brought to, this is Shred's Homeworld.


Lego: This is Shred’s Homeworld? Then does that…..no. That can’t be it.


Katherine: Is something the matter, Lego?


Lego: Well, there is something I have been researching ever since I found myself here. Thing is, nothing has been adding up regarding us being brought here.


Katherine: What do you mean? Wasn’t the plan you, Talon, Marissa, and Oliver had was to bring us all back to life? Well, here we are. Alive.


Lego: Yes. You're right about that. We are alive. Thing is, we were all supposed to be brought back to life at our own Worlds. The Worlds we originally came from. And with what I have gathered in information so currently, something has gone terribly wrong.


Katherine: Why did I have a feeling you were going to say that.


Lego: Well, that should've been obvious with one big clue you gave me when it came to you saying who you have encountered so far. Because you haven't run into Gavin, have you.


Hearing Gavin's name, Katherine raised her right hand to her left forearm, sighing from hearing his name.


Katherine: Yeah. I haven't run into my younger cousin yet. Which has made me worried if he is okay. Or.....worse.


Lego: Well don't think like that now. I know he is alive. All we can do right now is believe. But there is something you should know though. I found my younger brother, Rich.


Katherine: I'm really happy to hear you two were able to find each other again.


Lego: Indeed. So don't give up searching for your cousin, he is somewhere in this World, we just need to track his location. And I didn’t just find my brother neither. I also encountered Woods, AJ, and Jinx. Those three told me Yoko is around too. But after having a falling out with them, she disappeared. She hasn't been seen since.


Katherine: Oh no. I hope she’s okay.


Lego: Knowing how Yoko is, no doubt she can handle herself against anormal person. But I am concerned for her too. But I am also concerned for one other issue. One that has had me and everyone else scrambling to find answers for.


Katherine: What is it? Did you find something?


Lego: I don’t know if you saw this happen a few months ago, but a large amount of Darkness concentrated itself in the Downtown area. Rich saw it happen and both of us including Jaymee went to investigate. That’s where we encountered Woods, AJ, and Jinx. But it’s when everything went back to normal, Jinx told me that her Boss, an individual who goes by the name Foul Playa, has in possession the Book of Prophecies.


Katherine’s eyes shot open widely, with the new information she was hearing sending shivers down her spine, making her mind race with many questions.


Katherine: Wait…..what? But why is the book in the hands of someone else and not Oliver?


Lego: That’s something I wish to know as well. But with everything that has currently occurred, no doubt that Foul Playa is the one responsible for all of this. But how did he get his hands on the book? Or a better question. Who gave it to him?


Katherine: What if…..what if it was Oliver.


Lego: No!


Lego immediately shouted out, causing Katherine to startle from his sudden outburst.


Lego: I’m sorry. But I cannot accept that Oliver would just give something that important away to some stranger we heard nothing about. Especially after working and knowing each other for five years stuck in Daybreak Town. But, if he were to actually give it to anyone, it would only be to those who he would trust the most.


Katherine: Well, considering you two were out of the four leaders, you and Talon should know him better than anybody else right now.


Lego: We would. But not entirely the case. Me, Talon, Oliver, and Marissa may have gone out on Missions together, but I know there were some things Oliver never shared with anyone. Just like Crow when it came to his past. But, if I had to take a guess, and if he did give the Book of Prophecies to somebody, there would be four people he would entrust it to. Me, Talon, Marissa, or if none of us, Erzebet.


Katherine: Erzebet? Why would he trust her and not you, Talon, or Marissa?


Lego: Because if anything, it would be due to the fact that Erzebet was the one who was there for Oliver when it came to understanding and communicating with others. To him, Erzebet was someone who was very special and very dear who he held close to his Heart.


Katherine was amazed to hear all of this coming from Lego. She never knew how important Erzebet was to Oliver, and could tell that he liked her more than just a friend.


Katherine: That really is touching to hear her do that for him.


Lego: Maybe, but doesn’t count for the fact that right now we have this dilemma in our hands. And if we are to try and get that book back, or at least find out who had it once it left Oliver’s hands, we won’t be able to go back to our own Worlds.


Katherine: You’re right. It's been too long, and I still have my family waiting for me. But I can't go back without Gavin.


Lego: Agreed. So we would all have to come together and pull all of our resources and information collected together. But I will need your help in getting in contact with Talon and the others. And I will do the same with Woods and the rest.


Katherine: Works fine for me. Would be nice to see them again.


Lego: I think they will be happy to see you again as well. But I think it’s time we headed back to the kissing booth. Lauxenio is probably waiting for us there.


Katherine: Oh, let me guess. He’s been in line for his kiss from the girl working there?


Lego: On the contrary. He’s been helping out arrange and move stuff while his girlfriend was working the booth.


Katherine: His what?!

Later that night, outside of Club Bunny.


At the front curve of the newly restored and renovated Club Bunny, a black luxury sedan pulls up to the side, making a stop right in front of the club. With the car coming to a complete stop, the passenger door, as well as the rear doors on both sides of the car open up. The one who had just gotten out of the front passenger seat waved to the driver, telling them to come back at an adjacent time. With all of the doors closed, the driver of the car drove off, leaving three men, who were all wearing business suits, standing right in front of the Club.


Man #1: So they are about to gather into one large group after today.


Man #2: I’m well aware of that.


Man #3: And are you aware that once they do, they may find a clue that would lead all the way back to you getting the book?


Man #2: I know that. But there’s one thing we have that they don’t. They may have strength in numbers, but we are allied with someone who controls this whole city from the underground. So if they try to confront us and try to hide afterwards, they’re sadly mistaken.


Man #1: That is unless they succeed in one confrontation.


Man #2: Not if I have to say anything about that. Now come on. Foul Playa, Pierce, and Tigress are probably waiting for us.
