Well this was mainly just a excuse to practice backgrounds. I actually didn't use any downloaded paintbrushes this time. I am proud of myself for once. LOOK, I CAN DO CLOUDS NOW *points*
I also wanted to use a glowy blur effect.
Of course the blur effect screwed up the background, but whatever.
