At last it is finished!
The coloring took so long here, haha. It probably doesn't help that it's been ages since I've really 'painted' like this. It was a lot of fun though! All that fur and fire near drove me insane.
But I love painting fire, so s'all good.

nylak ! She was awesome and did the sketch; I did the inks, colors and shading here! I also did the shitty calligraphy. Kudos if you can read it.
We're intending on holding an auction for a collab like this! :) Look out for it in the near future.

It was really neat seeing the different stages of this, I really can't get my mind around the way you've done the fur, it looks super neat. I like the pull of the fabric on their clothes, which is something I would have forgotten.
I hope you do more collabs with her, you really do work well together judging by this. :o

Thank you! :D The fur here was definitely a challenge- I rarely paint fur and so painting so much of it here was really a challenge. Plus working with all the different lightsources was.. interesting. I actually used two different techniques on the fur here too! The tan on the otter is different from the rest of the way I did it. :)
Hopefully we'll be able to do more collabs! Or at least one or two, haha. We're planning on holding an auction for a collaborative commission, so that hopefully means at least one more!
