okay, uhm... people encouraged me to ask... let's see... how do limbs work?
Like: that are the differences at the level of spine and structures like hips and shoulder blades?
To be fair "normal" characters here are "stacked" keeping things properly far apart.
(though it still confused me how they could be able to move their legs like "hands" save for the backmost ones that are configured differently... as that would imply lack of fatty tissues in the armpits and "above" the shoulders which limits the way fats are stored in the body and also implies, at least to a point, multiple brains that need to relay information to each other to keep a minimum of limb dexterity, like being able to point at stuff and grab things, the character might not know, buuuut... we're talking to a doctor here. 😅)
Also: why do people with 4 limbs in a specific configuration have pants?! Nobody else does.

Yup. I got blocked by 
DuetSneplynx the other day for leaving constructive criticism on a commission she did where the second (or third?) torso didn't look quite right in relation to the rest of the body. (And probably for my profile at the time which used words too big for most people in the first sentence while directing them to someone who could define them.)
