(that's dangerous, one could easily fake things being recent then that way, they should try make it so that the timer remains the same)

Anyways. I don't think he'd want me back anyways, he got insecure whenever I'd be more masculine, if he saw me NOW in his life he'd be having aneurisms left and right. Plus he'd be blowing so many fuses over me getting to start HRT, likely wanting me to remain silent about my progress in it.

Dude has had no capability to be happy for others and has on occasion wished harm upon younger individuals getting to start HRT.

It's a no from me. He can go get help without my presence, that is if he doesn't fall back on wanting to punch therapists again.
That and if I did go back to him, he'd hold this above me, act how the smallest bit of improvement is such a huge sacrifice to his person. The guy revels in being seen as a villain so of course he doesn't wanna improve.
