The Devil Dog is a veteran from the Vietnam conflict where he served as a colonel. But in the last days of the conflict, something happened to his mind. Some say he was tortured to insanity by the Vietkong, some say he inhaled Agent Orange, either way, it got pretty bad. He started hearing voices in his head and started killing everybody. These voices "convinced" him to do fiendish things that got him dishonerably discharged and taken back to America to serve life in prison. Somehow he escaped and now hides somewhere in or around Northcod Lake. [Wait wait wait, don't you think it's a little late to submit a Northcod residential?] I'll explain. Do you remember Rage Kappa and Quenn Roselita? They are the grandson and granddaughter of two friends of the Devil Dog back in the war. Rage and Quenn's fathers and grand fathers both eventually died of health problems associated with the bio-warfare in Nam. Rage and Quenn have problems of their own-physically and mentally. They dn't know how long they have for this world. All they know is, they must obey the Devil Dog and take revenge on America for imprisoning him and making him fight in a pointless war in the first place. It seems the Devil Dog is also the only soldier that believes we lost in Vietnam.
