I must say that this art touches upon a rather serious and tragic topic of our time. Domestic violence occurs in some families against both women and men. It doesn't matter if the abuser is husband or wife, brother or sister, or even mother or father. I think it is very important now to talk about this topic and spread it in various circles, including creative spaces. Domestic violence is NOT NORMAL. There are victims of violence and many are still afraid to talk about it. And I urge abused people to have the courage and strength to say, no, SCREAM about it.
Do not forget that there are a lot of caring and kind people in the world and there are special services and companies ready to provide you with help and shelter.
