And this is what I'm left with at the end of the day. I used a combination of belt my sander and my Black&Decker mouse both loaded with 80 grit sand paper to gently remove the overhang and side bender scorches.

Hell yes! This one is going to be mine since its the beta model and likely to be full of mistakes so I plan to play the hell out of it.
The nice this bout urethane is that it stands up well over time. Its tough too. the bad thing is that it can shut down tone. I plan on finishing these with shellac when I get enough money for buffing wheels.
