I actually don't like simple comparisons like that. It makes it harder for OC's to stand out for themselves when everyone just compares them, even if it's very different, to something that already exists. He's a speedster that's a bunny. He shares being anthropomorphic, fast and blue....that's it.
Okay, I wasn't expecting the release of Rapid to be more packed with content than I originally thought. Not only does he have a voice (did not expect that) but you've even provided an IKEMEN build as well!
I've always wanted to see IKEMEN in action but couldn't figure out how to work a fresh build since it's constructed a bit differently from vanilla Mugen so many of the tools I used like V Select and the previous knowledge I have didn't exactly work as planned. Hopefully comparing both the Mugen and IKEMEN versions together might educate me a bit more on the inner workings of it so I'm glad you included both versions.
On a final note I've got a feeling this update's going to keep me amused for a good while, especially with learning a brand new character and revisiting old ones to see what's different, not to mention getting to see an IKEMEN build in action as well...... Welp, there goes my weekend plans I guess. XD

Well I've managed to play around with Rapid enough to understand his mechanics and can now go toe-to-toe with a variety of difficult opponents and I have to say... he's awesome!
Seriously, his play style fits mine perfectly and he's easily become a new main from your roster. I still don't think I've tapped entirely into his true potential but from what I've discovered up to now he's got some incredibly fun combo options to play around with. Plus he's just stupidly fast in general, being able to zip out of the way certainly adds a new layer of strategy the other characters can't really explore normally.
One thing I have noticed though... is it just me or is the power cost for super moves and EX moves much less than it usually is? Not just with Rapid either, every character uses less power to pull off their moves. Not complaining though, it certainly makes the ultimate supers (effectively LVL3) more viable now as it's easier to get the power needed to use them.

I probably won't play as this character that much because he isn't my style, but he does look pretty well created. I bet he's the highest tiered character you've created so far, as well, since speedsters usually are ( even when they are awful at pretty much everything except for being fast, not that Rapid is or anything).
