I don't think people realize this, but most animals do have reflective linings in their eyes to enhance night vision. This is exactly what it would be like in a world with actual anthro animals, and it's cool to see here. Kudos for that!

Being fat is bad state to be tbh. Was fit as f*** for years, corona and workload hit, first time in life skipped gym for this long (1+years), and got pudgy (from 185lbs to 215 lbs) and it is so much worse. Lower energy, looks worse, i can feel heart, joints and overall hormone levels worsening, and it is a pain to get back into old habits to work out.
Dearly suggest to avoid that urge to eat more.

It looks like the shouts are in response to comments on political imagery and hyper/fat fetish art; both are asking for drama. The shouts are likely attempts by petty people trying to feel like they have any measure of power over a random person on the internet and simply ignoring the comment or its writer isn't sufficient for them.

I have to second that it's a terrible state to be in. The slow creeping loss of energy, aestheticism, and quality of life is nearly unnoticeable until it's interfering with general work and life. I got all of my old equipment setup earlier in the month and gains are quickly returning due to muscle memory.

I likewise find nothing wrong with the comment. It's just a warning from someone who has probably been down that road. I used to be close to 250Lbs myself as an early teen and had to work it off over the course of years to get the job I wanted. This may be a fun and generally harmless comic, but the idea it suggests can be dangerous and shouldn't be treated so lightly.

In real life yes, obesity should be treated serious, but this isn't real and that should be obvious so finding a comment like that here of all places is rather strange is all.

I checked your profile because I know people can't be trusted at face value and I wanted to know if those comments were left by petty people or if there was a valid reason for them. Since my comment is listed as the parent to yours, you should probably re-read it before attacking the writer. Pardon me for giving you any benefit of doubt; I responded to this thread purely due to the drama surrounding your comment.

I am neither angry nor fat and part of why I dusted off all my old gym equipment is because I have no desire to go down that road. While farm work maintains my general physical preparedness, free-weights are still required to improve my physique beyond the common rabble.

On a cake note, I knew a kid who would burn through a cheesecake a day. He would get them out of the reefer container and never got fat from it; however, he was the definition of sugar high and was bouncing off the walls afterwards. The rest of us mere mortals had to put in our dues to the gym and chase off the local nationals who liked to watch us. What possessed the federal government to send us shipping containers full of frozen garbage is beyond my knowledge, probably a pork contract.
