For Pirate adventures, I've come up with this character: Madame Beignet.
(Yes, he name is basically 'Lady Donut', its intentional~)
She fancies herself this larger-than-life Pirate, and behaves like a camp and theatrical Disney Villain, despite not being the antagonist of any stories really!
Typically the galley chef aboard a vessel, she takes her job seriously and enforces strict Grog-based rum rationing and other similar things.
Should battle be joined though, rules are thrown to the wind as she utilizes blood-based magic, typically conjuring a massive cleaver made out of the stuff.
