After a stressful day of taking care of Kasi, Shadow yells in frustration from his crying and a very concerned Sonic asks Tails to babysit whilst he goes after Shadow.

Sonic soon comes across a forested area with a pond and hears the faint sound of crying. To his surprise, the noise was coming from Shadow, who was sat beside the pond, staring into the water below him.

Shadow senses Sonic's presence and turns away in order to attempt to hide the fact that he was crying, but soon feels his hand behind his back and has a heart to heart with the blue blur, explaining how stressed he was at not knowing how to take care of Kasi and how he sensed that he hated him (when Kasi cried after hearing Shadow yelling)

Sonic comforted Shadow and told him that he'd be there if he ever needed him and that he would take over and allow Shadow to have a break, if he needed one.

Just a bit of Sonadow-ish fluff~ <3
