Many may not know who the robot at the left may be, but that is X-5, a character from a Canadian TV series called "Atomic Betty". X-5 was Atomic Betty's Navigator, and the robot of the crew. Though after many years later and going into retirement, X-5 continued with his life learning more about Earth's culture and technology. However, the main problem he had whenever he ventured out was that he needed to wear disguises, which became tedious for him very quickly. But one day, as X-5 was researching and gathering books at a library, he accidentally bumped into a young woman named Keeley, who saw X-5 and his disguise fall apart. X-5 tried to explain about why he looks like a robot, but he quickly stopped when Keeley was more admired and amazed by him than being afraid of him. Instead, she wanted to know more about him. When they both found a place to talk, X-5 explained everything to her and how he was researching on how to make a new body for himself to no longer wear any disguises. Learning about his dilemma, Keeley knew what he needed, and brought X-5 back to her home. What he revealed to him, was a cybernetic body. The cybernetic body took the form of a man, who had blonde hair at the top and had dark blue tips at the ends. To X-5, it was amazing. Keeley explained to him that the experiment she wanted to perform was to transfer X-5's consciousness from his old robotic body, into the new Cybernetic one. But she did warn him that it was experimental and very risky, due to never testing it before and for it being a prototype. But regardless of the risks, X-5 accepted, with Keeley strapping him to a gurney, and and performing the experiment. When everything had settled with the experiment being over, X-5 woke up, moving a few feet forward from where he laid. But he was quick to realize that he was no longer in his old body, but in his new one. The experiment was a success. Happy with the result, and having to be monitored with how the body worked, X-5 stayed with Keeley, and did what he could to help and repay her for the new body. He even went on to go by a new name, Jason. But as time went on, the two of them got close, and the end result of them forming a relationship from everything that had happened on that fateful day.
