i'm gonna do this with watercolors like the last thing i posted, but i'm waiting until i can get good tape to tape it down and possibly a better set of paints. i'm scared i'm gonna ruin this when i do paint it o__o

depends on what kinds of effects you want x_x
watercolors are a PITA haha i took a class on them... guh.
everything just... took too long for me. unless you want the colors to blend, you gotta wait until each layer is COMPLETELY 100% dry (you can tell when its warm to the touch and not damp) before the next layer can go on, or mostly dry then you can dip other colors in and let them blend... ugh
