gone fishing in iceborne WIP
so i am well into the guiding lands now and even though i really don't use the great sword much, i am still getting settled with SnS and HBG sticky block tank (say good bye to chip damage), i really like the design of this particular bone tree
also i found i CAN host and join multiplayers even with my net connection. so far i have had a few normal "optionals" and Kulve Taroth siege runs. however i missed the Safi window (why i tried multiplayer even though i thought i couldn't) so i need to wait for it to open up again. i tried joining a siege group that had spaces but even when i joined, the quest desk did not give me the option to join or start a siege and no one was in the gathering haul

when you were not even allowed to start the safi siege it may be because you didnt do the Safi introduction quest. its a regular, non repeatable quest (that can be soloed if needed) as it only is about the first part of the safi fight.
now to the artwork
I still also love that greatsword design as its close to the ones I know form MH1 and I love how you captured both the rough elements of it being a base bone weapon but still made it look pretty :) and Beotodus, despite not being any of my favourites looks really great too

maybe but there is not a real point in repeating it. the quest you need to do to be allowed to go on the actual hunt only shows you the first phase, Safi retreats further down and everyone says to leave and devise a plan. quets ends there with no real rewards. its basically just an introduction to show that Safi is too powerful to be taken on solo or small group
