Hello there everyone! I am pleased to reveal a major weight-gain project I've been working on for about a month now, and this is probably the most detailed and elaborate commission I've worked on to date. I'm beyond thankful that the wonderful  Midaras decided to choose me to bring his ideas to life. He was an absolute delight to work with, and I'm very happy with how everything's turned out with this. This sequence follows his Ample Argonian Alchemist, Ukawei going about his daily routine, one that centers pretty heavily on managing with his ever-expanding form. For Ukawei, his alchemy is not only his profession but also the source of his er... personal growth. Lately, the round reptile's growth has plateaued, much to his chagrin. But, he won't let that get him down - after all, he might just find a way to rekindle his weight gain soon enough...

Milling, chopping, stirring, mixing - all of these actions come together to form the art of brewery. It is a difficult and sometimes dangerous art - but Ukawei has a very good feeling about this new recipe!

And here we are with the first comic page of the sequence! I'm quite happy that I was able to illustrate a number of different actions and activities I don't think I've drawn before, and I'd say the result turned out quite nicely! Also, this is the first comic page I've drawn with my new IPad and software, so I'm glad I was able to get the hang of it! It was a different process than the one I've used in past comics, and I'm glad I was able to refine my process with this piece and the next few pages. Also, a dialogue-less comic page is a cool idea, and one I'll definitely have to try more of in the future.
