I made a doodle page, this time for a bunch of characters that are associated with La Société! Which is why I made that one submission with notes about it, in case you want to read more about the organization :D

Either way, some short bios for the characters shown here:




1)
Name: Iadhael / Jesse Elenbaas / Hanne van Assen
Gender: Non-binary
Age: ???
Species: Stoat / Angel (Principality)

Iadhael is, as one can see, an angel. More specifically, they're a Principality, a type of angel that reigns over groups of people, like organizations, countries and institutions like the Church. They act as La Société's overarching Guardian Angel, protecting it, as well as all other good-aligned splinter-groups that came from La Société, from harm. Protecting La Société was originally only meant to be temporary until they proved themselves and would be able to take on more challenging jobs, like a country for example; but in the end, Iadhael decided to stay with La Société. Their methods of protecting the organization are a little unusual, as they tend to be more hands-on instead of watching them from heaven, and they tend to visit Earth in a mortal disguise, in order to check on their "subjects". Iadhael even joined La Société once, to better protect them, under the identity of "Hanne van Assen". However, when Hanne "died" during the incident that wiped out Las Voces del Cielo, they went back to protecting La Société from the shadows.

Iadhael's current persona, Jesse Elenbaas, was recently discovered on the streets by Old Man Stefano, who was estatic to find his old friend again. Now, Stefano is one of the few people alive who know of their true identity as La Société's guardian angel. They now hang out from time to time.

Nowadays, Iadhael prefers to be called "Jesse", even by their closest friends, and even other angels. This makes it look like their Jesse-"Persona" is actually how they personally feel like to be as a person; it's their most authentic self, that they wish to hold on to and share with the world.

2)
Name: ???, "Old Man Stefano"
Gender: Male
Age: ??? (~500 years during early 2000s)
Species: Alpine Marmot

This old man was once duped by fae, who promised him eternal life in exchange for his name. However, not only did eternal life not give him his youth back, but giving away his name resulted in him losing his entire identity, to the point where his loved ones completely forgot about him. After that, he wandered the world, until he was taken in by some of the founders of La Société. Now, they're the leader of the local branch. "Stefano", which he now calls himself, is basically the ray of sunshine for all of those who work under him, and basically the Team Dad. He's kind, likes cracking jokes, and likes throwing outdated slang around, both because new slang confuses him but also because it annoys those around him. Stephano is, to this day, a good friend of Vincent Seyfert, due to his connection to Vincent's now dead wife, Helena, who once worked under him.

Name: Andrew Reeves AKA Kirnakos
Gender: Male
Age: ~250 (during early 2000s)
Species: Goat / Demon

The current Nightfather (leader) of the Brimstone Brotherhood, a splinter-organization of demon-summoners and demon-hunters, that split off from La Société a couple hundred years ago, due to differing ideas of how to protect people from demonic threats, and how or if one should use demons themselves if it's for the greater good, by fighting fire with fire.

This individual is, actually, a perfect fusion between an old, completely mortal member of the Brotherhood called Andrew Reeves, and a demon that possessed him, a Prince of Hell called Kirnakos. Both the mortal's and the demons' bodies and souls completely and irreversably fused into one, creating the individual that is now known as both Andrew and Kirnakos, depending on who you ask. According to Andrew himself, he shares both his sides' memories and thus is both at once, while also beeing someone completely new, and considers his two old personalties both part of himself, as well as himself proper; which is why he still goes by their names.

Despite the demonic fusion, Andrew is a good guy. He's very prideful and vain, likely due to Kirnakos beeing a pride-demon, but he also retains his mortal sides' gentle, kind and proper nature and the desire to protect those he cares about. He even made the Brotherhood overall much safer for its members, due to establishing rules and standards that keep the mishandling of demons and demonic threats in check. This resulted in a significantly lower fatality rate under him, compared to the Nightfathers before him, who, due to their recklessness, often nearly destroyed the organization. The fact that the demons that served the old Kirnakos also still serve him, and due to him having access to Kirnakos' castle in Pandemonium, also makes the idea to use demons to fight other demons a bit easier to manage.

Andrew and his brotherhood dutifully hunt and contain demonic threats that that threaten mortals, and despite having split off from La Société, have actually a more or less friendly relationship to them, often helping them out when they can't deal with something demonic. Andrew also is one of the few people who know of Iadhael, who also protects them as a good-aligned splinter of La Société. also due to the old Kirnakos having met the angel before, and appreciates Iadhael's protection and help, considering them a friend. Iadhael, meanwhile, is overall a bit scared of Andrew, especially since Kirnakos' old iteration nearly destroyed them once. Nonetheless, they still appreciate him, and how mindful he tries to be around them.

Name: Ludewig von Weidenfeld
Gender: Male
Age: ~400 (during late 1800s)
Species: Serotine Bat / Vampire

A local noble, and overall a pretty friendly vampire, as well as a close ally to the local La Société-branch. Ludewig is the type of Vampire who likes to flaunt their wealth, and he overall has a pretty great way of living; he lives in a mansion, employs servants for his everyday needs and lives comfortably. He also is the type of vampire who goes out of their way to only suck the blood of those that are willing; without turning them into vampires either! For a long time, he's been living a very lonely, quiet life. However, things changed when a local priest, who also happened to be a member of La Société, came along, to investigate him... and Ludewig fell in love.

Name: "Father Micha" AKA Michael Voigt
Gender: Male
Age: ~40 (during late 1800s)
Species: Red Fox

The local catholic priest and a good friend of Vincent and Helena; in fact, he was the one who helped to get Helena accepted into La Société herself. He's also the boyfriend of friendly neighborhood vampire Ludewig von Weidenfeld. The two met when Micha was investigating when signs of a new vampire in the area became apparent. The two eventually became friends, when it became clear that Ludewig wasn't a threat, and the two fell in love. At first, Micha was worried and confused on how to reconcile his feelings with his faith, but after Iadhael, who has been watching the two from afar, came to him in a dream to assure him that it was alright to feel the way he feels, the two started their relationship proper; with only La Société knowing, of course.
