New major redesign for Neon due to his old design looking so bad. The new design has proper red pandas markings, hopefully making him more recognizable and not to be mistaken with lemurs.
(sorry for bad line quality, I did this with a mouse on a school PC! If you didn't know, I'm actually a trackpad artist that uses microsoft paint, so using a mouse was a bit difficult to get neat)
