A commission for 
moudi of an old illustration I did back in 2007 "WrongBodyWrongBreasts". They wanted to see this image done in the style I have now. I honestly have no idea what the character's species on the left is supposed to be as I would mostly just mash some species into one character all together instead of going with a particular breed.

I'd say for similar reasons why men tend to seek to increase their penis sizes. The health and size of a woman's breasts are tied in with her femininity just as it is for mens' penises and masculinity. The bigger he is, the more virile he is perceived as being by himself and others, and so it is for breasts and how muliebrile she is perceived.

I am also reminded of a picture you did long ago with a girl hating that she hasn't developed yet and her friend telling her that it doesn't matter ( after the girl lifted up her friends shirt and complementing on how big and rip her breasts were.)
