This is Fogg.
She has a horse skull for a face, ostrich feet, and a tail that constantly emits black smoke at the tip! When she's angry she manifests a mane made out of that same black smoke and can also use it as a breath attack that suffocates the victim. Her size varies from 6ft tall, all the way up to 10ft. Oh, and her bottom jaw can unhinge and split like a snake!
