During the Battle of Cartoonia, Chanticleer was made an artillery captain in the Grand Army of the Republic by Anakin, and was promoted to commander immediately following the victory there. With that in mind, once Chanticleer and Goldie relocated to Coruscant for the remainder of the War Against Disney, Anakin had Chanticleer fitted for a proper Republic officer's uniform following his army physical exam. It was tough making a uniform that fit Chanticleer's very muscular figure and small waistline, but the Republic Army's quartermaster office managed to pull it off. When Anakin gave Chanticleer Obi-Wan's old lightsaber, Chanticleer added a belt clip so that he could have it on him when wearing his uniform.
Chanticleer rarely wears this uniform in the field, but he does use it as a dress uniform when attending functions on Coruscant. Right now, Chanticleer is wearing it to the Republic officers' ball on Coruscant with Goldie as his guest. He's luckily managed to squeeze his hat on his head, with his massive pompadour escaping at the brim. One can only imagine what Chanticleer would look like with hat-head.
