the head was made by Qarrezel. The finishing of it like the ears and airbrushing was done by me.
All my dance costumes (4) and fursuit were designed and made by me.

btw, my fursuit is in redesigning stages. Hopefully I will have a whole new ensemble done in time for FC.

I could Never pull off those costumes, they look wonderful on you because you're quite slim, For my part I need things to cover the belly and give the illusion of a bit of a slimming effect. [But i really Can dance ^_^]

it took me 8 months to finish all the costumes. The last one was completed 3 days before I left for FC 09. Cost wise, they were not that much. I get most of my fabric from indian and middle east cloth stores....and they're dirt cheap. Even hip scarfs are only like $10. But time wise, that's where the expenses added up. A labor of love to say the least. Cost wise, the head was the most expensive part.
You're right, I am quite slim at 6' and 157 lbs. I have quite a phobia about gaining weight and please don't misconstrue this to be indicative of how I see those in the 'plus' size category. It's a personal thing. I've always had a girly build and I have come to appreciate it. Hey, I carry a manpurse and clear coat my nails.
I have every intention of learning to dance in my suit. But believe it or not, I can't for the life of me get a genuine belly dance teacher to teach me. They refuse to teach the female styles to males. Like...wtf! There are styles for males, but they don't suit me whatsoever. And sorry, but trying to copy dancers from youtube is near impossible. I'll get there yet.

Actually as for belly dancing classes, they show those on the health fitness channel, also, you can get some good dvds, i even know a bit on how to do it. Although it dun look quite as sexy on me. but it Is very good for the core muscles.

Not likely. It's near impossible for me to get time off work between now and christmas which is why I have my sights set on FC.
I will look into the dvds.....thanks for the tip!
