I only work on full prepayment.
It is desirable to write the terms of reference in simple words, without jargon and abbreviations. If necessary, add pictures, and color schemes. Describe everything very clearly. This way it will be easier for me to understand what you want.
I limit the deadline for myself to 3 months. For shorter deadlines, I will ask for a surcharge, depending on the deadline you need.
