Fuzzy had worked days on a compound that can alter and enhance the muscular system through the skin. He used a patch as a vector to hold the compound until it was needed. All he needed to do was slap it on and let science do the work. Luckily he had the foresight to remove his clothing, else he'd be down another outfit.
