You are right when it comes to Lance. -v-
What use to be his 3 inappropriately leveled Dragonites, or one of them being replaced with this one, would've been super not fun to deal with. -v-
That aside, this looks like it could rival Crack Shoot! Looks decent in power, but it makes me wonder how man hits it has, its certainly no overhead or just enough vertical hitboxes.

Yeah I heard, I looked at Serebii.net's information on it and it was absolutely confirmed to be fully insane to have that high of level of Dragonites to fight against. But luckily that doesn't return in the remakes of Johto.
Jeez, that'll really put emphasis on if you don't react properly, you're gonna eat some major damage. W-Well, luckily Dragonite's feetpaws are not unattractive to look at for extended periods of time.
