Greater Ruin, Epic Spell - Spellcraft DC: 59
Epic spellcasting is pretty nasty in general, even when it's just rehashing a previous kind of spell already around. Such as in this case, where we have Ruin/Greater Ruin. In effect it is like Disintegrate, but there is no saving throw to only get a piddle of damage.
Also it has a range of roughly 2.2 miles. :| It's like sniping, only when you hit the person or building dissolves instead of leaving a corpse. Handy for assassinations!
Anyway, Kenny the werewolf here is busy crumbling to dust. I'm advised that it doesn't hurt, because the nerves involved dissipate before they can register any sensation, so no worries there!

With that kind of range the werewolf probably wouldn't even know who attacked, or even noticed something had happened until his limbs started dusting. That is, if he wasn't a paid employee whose job is to die or suffer spell effects for a living xD *
You don't need to tick off an epic spellcaster to be in trouble. Sometimes they get a little carried away with their own power and start killing things for fun. Because they can. Dicks.
There's one epic spell, basically the idea is they kill someone with a thought. No casting time or fancy chanting.
