Hols investigates "The Frog and The Ox" Novel world, only to be inflated by the Frog from the story.

One day, in Mugen, Hols was asleep. On a calm meadow, on a warm sunny day. Who can resist falling asleep there? Suddenly, he heard beeping coming from his badge. The beeping woke him up, and he proceeded to rush to Princess Aura’s castle.

“What’s the mission, Ushi?” asked the bull in yellow. But before the princess was able to answer, Hols became shocked that he was all alone in the princess’ room. “Where are the others, Ushi?” Hols wondered. “That is why I call you here.” Princess Aura answered. “Each of the other rangers is going on a solo mission to check on Novel Worlds and so are you.” she added. “Some Novel Worlds are more stable so that they don’t need to do the tasks as quickly as you used to do, which is why I send them alone.” explained the princess.

Hols then rushed to Kirinda to do his mission. "For this mission you will be going to The Frog and The Ox Novel World." said Kirinda. "For some unknown reason, something weird has happened to it. You need to investigate why and solve the problem." explained Kirinda. "What's so weird about it?" asked Hols, watching the monitor. "Everything seems normal, Ushi." he added. "Which is why we need you to investigate." replied Kirinda. “By the way, in this world, you will assume the role of the Ox.” added Kirinda. As they got near the Novel World, Hols got launched, entering the world.

"Hmm, nothing looks weird here, Ushi." said Hols, looking around. "Perhaps if I go and look into nearby places." he added. He thought of exploring the forest in the middle of the meadows and proceeded to go there. "Whoa! This forest is bigger than I thought, Ushi!" exclaimed Hols, upon arriving at the head of the forest. “Hello? Is anyone here?” shouted Hols while walking around the forest. Not long after, he saw small wooden houses and decided to go there. However, while running, Hols tripped over a vine, tied between two small stones. “Ouch! Who put that there, Ushi?!” asked Hols.

“There he is! There’s the Ox! Get him!” said a voice coming from one of the small houses. The fall made a bump loud enough for the inhabitants of the house. Soon after, frogs came hopping out of the houses and tied Hols’ hands and legs with some vine ropes. “Well, well, well… look who decides to come and visit?” asked the Frog, who now had a stitch on his belly. “Remember me, Ox?” he asked. “Um… yeah… you were the frog that popped, right, Ushi?” Hols replied. “Why are you capturing me?” asked Hols. “Do you want a rematch? Because you’re gonna lose again, Ushi!” told Hols. “Oh, I’m not waiting for a rematch. I’m waiting for revenge.” said the Frog. “Since I know I will pop again if I have a rematch with you, I decided to pop you instead!” he explained.

The Frog signaled some frogs to commence his plan. Some frogs carried a pair of bellows and some more vine rope. The bellows had a really, really long hose, which was then inserted to Hols’ mouth by one of the frogs. Afterwards, Hols’ mouth was tied by the vine rope and a few frogs began jumping on the bellows, pushing air into Hols’ belly. Hols’ body began to inflate, bigger and rounder. His limbs started getting puffier as well. Soon after, his limbs became too puffy and broke the vine rope tying them but they’re too puffy to untie the rope tying his mouth. They also got further apart from each other and started to sink into his ballooning body, rendering him immobile.

Reaching 3 meter big, the Frog patted on Hols’ belly, checking for its tautness. “Hmm… not tight enough.” said the Frog to himself. “Keep pumping!” he ordered and the inflation continued. Once in a while, the Frog would come back to Hols to check for Hols’ tautness. 6 meters, 9 meters, even 18 meters, Hols’ body became tighter and tighter but still not tight enough to pop. A few minutes later, Hols’ body reached 20 meters in size, it was so big that it took over the entire forest. Making his belly an object one couldn’t miss when looking. “Keep pumping!” ordered the Frog after patting on Hols’ belly. “We’re getting closer to our goal.” said the Frog. Hearing that made Hols panic in cold sweat, wishing that he wouldn’t pop.

The inflation continued again, making Hols’ body creak from its tautness. Suddenly, a gust of wind was blowing towards Hols. The wind pushed Hols slightly, making him roll backwards. “RUN!” a frog signalled and all the frogs hopped away but the Frog didn’t hop away fast enough and got crushed by Hols’ heavy body. Being full of air made Hols easy to be pushed by the wind, but it still made him as heavy as he normally is. Getting crushed made an imp leave the Frog’s body and then the Novel World, which was then seen by Hols. “Oh… that’s why I’m being called here.” said Hols in his mind. “The Frog was possessed by the imp.” he added. “I thought he just hasn’t learned his lesson yet, Ushi.” he continued.

Falling down made Hols release a muffled belch. However, he didn’t get any smaller as his mouth was still tied. “Well… I hope somebody comes and helps me soon because I don’t want the others to see me like this, Ushi.” said Hols in his mind. While waiting for his help, Hols was stuck in the forest, hoping that he would deflate soon or Kirinda wouldn’t come and pick him up in his inflated state.
