Introducing yet another aquatic character of mine once more! Baron, a feisty and roughened-up barracuda making his way through the streets of Lower Ragas (obviously in clothes which are not depicted here!). Probably an enforcer for a certain group who does some shady activities. Rumours has it he's involved with a mercenary group known as the Skulldivers! (Very original name, I know)
