Dragonair Hanging Figure

Dragonair was commissioned by a good friend of mine ArcMoonblade
She asked for me to work for http://gallery.ppnstudio.com/albums.....nd_dratini.jpg this pose. And I kinda couldn't use my usual "sit on a surface" style for this one. We agreed on me making it as an ornament and I triedddd. I'm really really pleased with the figure and the design as a whole but I have no practice at all in making a free-hanging figure. The problem is the head is a lot heavier that the back half so it doesn't hang straight... I.... am not really sure what to do to fix it. Suggestions welcomed!

If you would have put the hook a little ways down the back of his neck instead of on his middle, it would have hung evenly, probably. :P
