nope cuse it ended before they could try any x-overs like that plus i don't know how they could have pulled it off scooby took placein 60's 70's perils of Penelope Penelope took place in the 20's i once had a slight xover dream once Of Scooby doo Perils Of Penelope Pitstop took place at a zoo or park but only bits and parts of it

and once had a dream that Hooded Claw recruited Tom from Tom and Jerry to help him save Penelope from a fire on a beach with water from the ocean or something it was odd she was with a Poodle dog and seemed to not like him anymore or maybe she thought he did not like her and wanted it to end before she got killed
