From our left to right they are, Clarke, Hades, and Daniel. Triplets born in the same body were told their whole lives they were walking birth defects, but they are much more than just the mortal men they live as. They will soon find out that they are the reincarnations of an older god of the Nether Plane in my story parallels on my main page.
Hades is the alpha, Clarke is the super smart science nerd, and Daniel the rad tubular party fanatic!

Years of practice helps them find small impulses with another when one wants to move the hand. Though when they were kids, almost nothing got done with their bickering. As for the read each other's thoughts, I would think later down the line they could exactly understand each other in the mind, or when they are in their other form.
So in short, they spent years being patient on who had turn to do certain actions. If anything, they sometimes to a combo of left head with left arm, right head with right arm, and middle head with legs and torso. In complex, each head can control thee body, but can decide not to move while the main head moves it anyways. Think of it like a plug in and plug out situation.
