This was a second commission from Phillip Jackson, the Sequential Art artist.
In this case, it's a portrait of Eileen (Tumbler) Young. Jan (Hubertus) Sarna first encountered her under the name of Talia Day, during a mission inside a mysterious research complex in the Mojave Desert, the "Obsidian City."
Eileen/Talia was the executive assistant to the brilliant scientist running the complex. She was also an agent for the CIA, put in to protect the scientist from the GRId, an organization desperate to obtain certain crucial technology that the complex was developing, that not only was a source of cheap energy, but also vital for making cyborgs work properly.
In the end, the group Hubertus worked with managed to get her trust (just), and in a furious battle, foiled the GRId's attempt to take over the complex. Eileen/Talia engineered a ruse to get Hubertus' team away, which got her in a little bit of trouble with her bosses.
It also, let's be honest, sparked a bit of obsession with her on the part of Hubertus, who doubled back and gave her some first aid before leaving.
Hubertus has encountered her again, in a highly complex mission that has stretched from the Bay Area, to New Orleans, to Philadelphia, and now Hungary. After a very tense interlude, Hubertus made his feelings plain to the vixen. Amazingly, they have been reciprocated by her. The fact that Hubertus helped to rescue her from the locked cargo area of a truck sinking in a river does have something to do with it.
Among other things, the vixen is exceptionally deadly in martial arts. She is also capable, to Hubertus' astonishment, of shooting out the tires of a limo speeding at >100 MPH, this while standing up and firing through the sunroof of an SUV. Also at >100 MPH. In a driving rainstorm. Minutes after being rescued from the truck.
