The sheer amount of noise they make with it brings your attention right back. High energy, high fun, high volume, sugar high inducing candy sellers (and small toys and instruments) these guys are all the rage with Cusige who're still in, or who're going to be starting school. The snacks, candies, and toys may be cheap as dirt and small, but they're still PACKED with flavor and fun. You can get an entire handful things from a Dazzle Shoppe for the price of a fast food burger.
