He arrived around midday, exclaiming to the tavern keeper that a job ended up paying a lot more than he expected. Gold poured out of his purse and the patrons roared as they were all gifted a drink. The primate guzzled his first, slipping his shoes off. He said he didn’t plan on leaving for a while. He always had two drinks on hand, the one he was nursing and the other coiled in his striped tail.
The day went into night, and the two of you had been sharing the adventures you’ve done, with all the glorious and horrible details that each story contained. He was quite the charmer, and he clearly took a liking to you. The mercenary made a point of pouring you extra over the other late-night drinkers. He was adamant about chugging them with you. It made the rest of the night more of a wonderful blur as his generosity melted away your inhibitions.
The patrons were leaving close to the next morning, the tavern nearly empty when you stole a peck from the bounty hunter’s lips, whispering into his ear how you hoped he’d stick around. Your drunk self attempted to leave where you’d been sitting all night, beside the handsome primate, when his tail stopped you, hooking around your inner thigh. You turn to see him hard with the ties of his loins undone. “Nobody keeps up with me like you have. You’ve been amazing tonight, but I have one more drink for you, lad.” He tugged you close and took a longer kiss from you as he guided your hand to his length. You could see the rest of what would happen in his emerald eyes as he led you to his room, and you would remember it for days to come.
